Terms and Conditions

For registration in Convocation, the following fees will be charged: -

Graduate Registration Fee = Rs. 4000/-

Guest Registration Fee = Rs. 2500/- each

• A maximum of two guests shall be allowed subject to the availability of seats in the Convocation Hall and priority will be given to guests of Ph.Ds and Medalists. The remaining seats will be allocated to the guests of other graduates on a first come first serve basis.
• University reserves the right to cancel registration and initiate disciplinary action against those graduates who are found involved in impersonation, providing false information and non-payment of fees etc.
• University also reserves the right to cancel seats of guests in case of shortage of space in the Hall.
• Graduates found guilty of any illegal activity on the day of rehearsal or final ceremony, disciplinary action will be initiated which may lead to cancellation of Degree.
• Gowns will be provided to the Graduates on the day of rehearsal on a payment basis. Security money will be charged to this effect and will be reimbursed on return of gown to the vendor.

• Copy of National Identity Card of Graduate
• Copies of National Identity Cards of Guests
• Copy of Bank Deposit Slip/Challan Form
